All graphic kits are produced to order and may take from 7 to 10 business days to manufacture & ship. Rural or isolated area delivery can take longer. We do not offer expedited shipping at this moment. We ship via UPS, Purolator, Canada Post or USPS depending on the situation. We do ship internationally. Products are shipped from USA & Canada (specified in the products descriptions).
We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you received the wrong or damaged product you may return it for exchange as long as it’s new and unused. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all sales are final. Our graphic kits are produced to order. We don’t stock inventory. We CANNOT accept returns in cases where the incorrect kit was ordered, the client changed his mind or any other reason that don’t fall under our responsibility.
We require that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we must receive the return within 30 days of receipt of the item. You can do so at support@MotorsportsGraphiks.com or by calling us at 1-877-964-6886.
DO NOT just ship the product back. If you do not contact us before the return, we will assess a 10% additional administration fee plus any shipping charges incurred if the item was returned to the wrong address.
Once we receive your incorrect kit back we will ship you the correct one.
Return shipments which do not meet all above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.
Step 1: Email email@example.com to request a return. Please include your order number, email address, phone number, name and address as well as the part number of the item you wish to return.
Step 2: You will be given an RMA number and an address to return the product too.
Step 3: Your product will be inspected upon its return.
Step 4: After passing inspection, the correct kit will be sent to you.
